About Us

Hello, I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit more about us and what we are trying to achieve here on the Costa Blanca.
As previously mentioned, my name is Gareth Pritchard and I am UK & US qualified tennis instructor. As a junior I enjoyed great success playing tennis at County, Regional and National level before being offered a scholarship to study for a degree and play tennis for the University of West Florida, which back then was the no.1 ranked university for tennis in the N.A.I.A American Division.
After completing my time in USA I returned to the UK, where I began my career working as a tennis instructor. During my time I have been able to work with all levels of age and ability ranging from the beginners, club players up to the performance tournament player.

After arriving in Spain I was offered the position of Tennis Director at the, Montepiedra Sport Center, a new sports built in Dehesa de Campoamor. Since the start at Montepiedra I have built up very strong membership base of players from along the coast.
As a coach I have always believed in "Tennis 4 Everyone" and throughout my tennis life I have always enjoyed the social side and the new friendships that tennis can bring to people lives. Tennis should be FUN and it is this philosophy that I try to bring to the Montepiedra Sports Center.
So to anyone interested in tennis, making new friends, staying fit and healthy or just lazing round the pool please don't hesitate to come down and join in the FUN.
